GENERAL INFORMATION RE CIVIL LITIGATION
The variety of civil actions is enormous. Every action which is not criminal in nature is "civil".

Examples of civil actions are:

Breach of contract
Fraud
Negligence
Real estate matters
Injunctions
Accounting
Will or trust

Auto accidents
Dissolution of corporations & partnerships

Our office handles both the prosecution and the defense of civil actions.

2 LEVELS OF SERVICE

ATTORNEY ASSISTED

($300)

We complete the basic papers for you, order your and provide you with basic instructions as to how to file and serve them, and give you up to one hour of attorney time to help you through the process. You will be responsible for payment of all court fees and other costs of suit. This option is appropriate only for very simple civil litigation. Complex matter require full representation by an attorney.

FULL REPRESENTATION

($300 Retainer Plus $225 Per Hour)

We act as your attorneys in all matters associated with the action from first filing through trial. We advise you, prepare all necessary papers, appear at all court hearings, conduct all appropriate discovery, conduct all settlement negotiations, and, if necessary appear at trial.

PAYMENT METHODS:

CREDIT CARD - VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS-	Bring your card to the office or; Include your credit card information on our questionare or; Call us with the information.

*BY PHONE APPOINTMENT (562-596-8177)*	Call us to make a phone appointment with an attorney. He/she will take the information necessary to prepare the agreement over the phone and make arraingments for payment.
