PERSONAL INJURY SERVICES

REPRESENTATION OF PLAINTIFF:
(No Fee Unless We Recover For You)
 Generally we take cases for plaintiffs who have suffered personal injury or property damage on a "contingency fee" basis. If we take your case, we file any necessary action for you and take a percentage of the recovery (generally 1/3). You pay no fee until and unless we recover.
REPRESENTATION OF DEFENDANTS:
($225 Per Hour)
 We act as your attorneys of record, conduct all settlement negotiations, prepare all papers for filing in court, appear at all court hearings, and, if necessary represent you at trial. Attorney fees include a $300 retainer plus $225 per hour. You pay all costs of suit (i.e. court filing fees, process service fees, etc.)
